What details do I use to login to my account?
Your username (your email address) and password were emailed to you when you purchased your membership. Enter them in the appropriate fields and click the login button to access the discount codes. You should change your password the first time you login.

I’ve forgotten my login details what do I need to do?
Click the login icon in the right-hand corner. Click on “forgot your password” and enter your email address. You will then be sent a new password which you can use to login. You may change your password once you have logged in. 

How and where do I amend my contact details?
We currently hold your contact details in two separate databases: one to send you newsletters, and another to give you access to brand discounts. To update your details: i) click the Update Profile/Email Address link at the bottom of every newsletter; and ii) click here. logging in if necessary, to make sure you continue to enjoy access to brand discounts. If you have any queries, please complete our Contact form and we’ll get back to you within one working day.

My membership has expired what do I need to do?
If you are unable to login because your membership has expired, please click the payment button on the login page.

Do I need to be a member to access the discount codes?
Yes, our exclusive offers are only available to members. You can join here

How much will I save with the membership?
Our deals vary between brands but they enable a typical member to save over £1,000 a year, leaving you with extra money to shop or save.

A discount code or link isn’t working, what can I do?
Complete our Contact form with the name of the discount partner and the code or link that isn’t working and we’ll investigate and get back to you as soon as possible.

How long is my membership valid?
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

How do I view the stores and discounts available to me once I’ve logged in?
Click here to view the various brands/partners offers. Click on a specific category to view brands within that category and click on a specific brand/partner to view the specific offer. Instructions on how to redeem your discount/benefit are stated clearly on the brand/partner offer page.

Are the discounts available outside the UK?
Some brand offers are available wherever you are in the world. In addition, there are some offers that are available on a country by country basis. Simply follow the brand/partner instructions on how to claim the discount/benefit.

What is the percentage or value of discounts I can get?
Generally, discounts between 2.5% and 40% have been offered by our brand partners. Note that the discounts offered are specific to each brand/partner and are as stated on their offer page. 

I got a message that my discount voucher is not valid or has been used. What should I do?
Please let us know and we’ll get back to you within 3 working hours from Monday to Friday and as soon as possible at weekends. 

How are items I purchase from international stores delivered to me?
Each brand/partner has its own policy on international deliveries. When placing your order with the brand/partner, it’s best to confirm its international delivery policy and charges.
