Your user name is the email address you used when you joined unless you’ve changed it. If you’ve forgotten it:
- Check your email archives for messages from us with the associated email address.
- Check your browser’s autofill and password managers for saved email addresses linked to your account.
- Click here to get in touch with our support team, providing your full name, approximate sign-up date and any other helpful details including the last four digits of the payment card you used during registration.
